• Dosage: Adapalene
• Common Side Effects: Dry skin, irritation, burning sensation, redness of the skin.
• Uncommon Side Effects: Local skin reaction, skin discomfort, sunburn, itching, peeling skin, acne.
• Not Known Side Effects: Allergic contact reaction, pain or swelling of the skin, irritation or swelling of the eyelids, darkening or lightening of the skin, application site burn.

Drug Interactions:

• Other acne products (containing benzoyl peroxide, erythromycin, or clindamycin).
• Cosmetics may be used but must not cause blackheads or dry the skin.
